The Supervision Companion, the BE • DO • BLOOM Framework, the BE Assessment, the BE Companion, assessment items, reports, educational content, behavioural experiments, and associated materials are original works developed by Dr. Terilyn Pott.
These materials are provided for personal professional development and evaluation during the Pre-Beta.
No part of the platform, framework, assessment content, reports, or educational materials may be copied, reproduced, redistributed, incorporated into another product, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Dr. Terilyn Pott.
The BE Assessment is currently a developmental reflection tool in Pre-Beta. It has not yet undergone full psychometric validation and should not be used as a measure of supervisory competence, employment suitability, licensure, credentialing, or other high stakes decision making.
