Pre-Beta release
We collect the details you provide when you create an account, such as your name, email address, profession and workplace. We also store what you create while using the platform: assessment responses and reports, reflection journal entries, development goals, conversations with the BE Companion, and any feedback you send us.
Assessment responses are saved item by item and linked to your account so your reports remain available and so you can see how your practice develops over time. They are stored in an encrypted, access controlled database. Your responses and reports are visible to you, and to platform administrators only where needed to operate and support the platform.
Accounts are protected by secure authentication. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and database access rules ensure one account cannot read another account's information.
With your explicit permission, we may use your assessment responses and platform interactions in anonymized form to improve the assessment, reports, BE Companion and overall experience. Identifying details are removed and your responses are never shared publicly in an identifiable form. This is used only to improve the product.
Participation is entirely voluntary. If you decline, your data is used only to provide your own results and experience, and you keep full access to every feature. You can change your choice at any time in Settings.
